How do I find the marina by water?
When entering the Washington waterfront and harbor via the Pamlico River, pass the city docks. Havens Wharf is the last T-dock located on the north side of the river, positioned just before the BR17 Coastal Railway swing bridge. Look for the distinctive historic red-brick building.
How many slips are available, and what are the size restrictions?
The marina features over 30 deep-water slips (with water depths of 20 feet at the dock). It offers fixed T-dock wooden structures that accommodate vessels of various sizes. It is recommended to contact the dockmaster directly at (252) 531-6790 or via email at blakes@risecapso.com to confirm specific availability for your vessel’s length and beam.

Do you accommodate transient boaters, or only long-term leases?
Unfortunately, we do not allow transient boaters. Our minimum lease on slips is 3 months, but we’d love to have you stay longer.

The docks are equipped with both 30-amp and 50-amp AC electrical power hookups, as well as fresh water connections.
What on-site amenities are available for slip renters?
